Role Overview:
The Cloud Customer Success team is tasked with enhancing the business processes essential for our operations, including platform and vendor integration, optimized workflows, customer engagement, and partner training. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing scalable operational processes and monitoring services aligned with TD SYNNEX's platform offerings and relevant Cloud Vendors.
The specialist will collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure a comprehensive understanding, documentation, and coordination of activities. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, providing briefings, and delivering progress updates. The specialist will work alongside TD SYNNEX's Business Unit leaders, marketing teams, and vendors to formulate effective strategies and prepare internal systems for launching platform products, services, programs, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the definition and design of central operations to support the Cloud Business.
- Deliver strategic processes and operational support to drive success across the Cloud portfolio, including innovative monetization models for products and services.
- Ensure quality, personalized customer experiences.
- Design a comprehensive customer experience that encompasses all key touchpoints.
- Facilitate onboarding, education, and adoption while acting as a customer advocate through proactive engagement.
- Review existing processes and provide expert advice in specialized areas such as legal guidelines and internal compliance.
- Document all processes to ensure consistent and high-quality service levels in order fulfillment and invoicing.
- Act as the business owner for operational system enablement, collaborating with platform teams and IT to define system requirements and processes.
- Maintain constant communication with stakeholders regarding processes.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms.
- Familiarity with vendor dynamics in the distribution channel.
- Strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
- Proven problem-solving skills.

- Experience in an international, results-driven project environment.
