Teleperformance Spain, with a workforce exceeding 8,000 across 10 locations (recognized as a Great Place to Work, AENOR certified, and a Top Employer), is seeking a Cloud Solutions Training Specialist to enhance our team.
Role Overview:
As the principal technical authority in Cloud technologies, you will possess comprehensive knowledge of big data and Cloud solutions tailored for SMB and Enterprise customer segments.
Your role involves collaborating with our client, a leading provider of Cloud solutions, to equip our Sales and Technical teams across various locations with essential technical insights. This will enable them to engage effectively with developer audiences and C-level IT and business executives.
By keeping abreast of the latest technological advancements, you will be responsible for updating the sales team and its management on market changes and product offerings from our client and competitors. This knowledge will empower them to propose the most suitable solutions to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with knowledge managers from Sales and Technical teams to conduct regular needs assessments.
- Work with knowledge managers to design, develop, and deliver training programs based on needs analysis, especially during new product launches.
- Ensure that product training is clearly defined, documented, and delivered quarterly for each role within the organization.
- Implement best practices in product training to enhance sales performance.
- Monitor and evaluate training outcomes, making necessary adjustments to address any identified knowledge gaps.
- Engage in cross-functional teamwork, building strong relationships with client and operational teams across different locations.
- Partner with key stakeholders to create and launch real Cloud showcase projects for training and development.
- Assist in gathering, processing, and analyzing data for reporting training KPIs on customized dashboards.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in technology and cloud computing sales or services.
- A degree in Computer Science, Physics, Telecommunications, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience in creating and delivering training programs.
- Experience in developing and deploying Cloud services.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the Big Data landscape and Business Intelligence technologies.
- Understanding of how various cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS) integrate to drive technology adoption within large accounts.
- Certifications such as Google Cloud Digital Leader, Google Cloud Engineer, Azure Fundamentals, and/or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
