The Opportunity
Roche Diagnostics Spain is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to drive business growth and strengthen our presence in Cantabria and Pais Vasco regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Roche's presence in the region, leveraging your expertise in the IVD Diagnostics industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital administrators, clinicians, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
- Manage sales performance, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends to ensure Roche remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong track record of success.
- Desirable: at least 3 years of experience in sales/business development in the IVD Diagnostics industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Availability to travel, both within and outside the country.
