About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for guiding and advising clients on the best ways to maximize their use of AB Tasty solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customers, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure successful implementation and adoption of AB Tasty solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to expand their use of our platform and deliver value-added services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Account Management, and Technical Support, to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.
  • Analyze customer data and identify areas for optimization, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for major accounts, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to get the most out of AB Tasty solutions.
  • Support clients in creating and implementing tests and personalization campaigns, leveraging data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Maximize portfolio expansion while minimizing churn and contraction, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Assist the Sales team with onboarding new clients, providing technical support and guidance to ensure successful implementation.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related digital field, with a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and Italian.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Basic knowledge of CSS and HTML, with JavaScript a plus.
  • Strong soft skills, including energy, enthusiasm, self-motivation, and open-mindedness.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
