Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative with French language expertise to join our team. As a key member of our global support team, you will provide exceptional customer service, troubleshoot technical issues, and work collaboratively with our clients to resolve complex problems.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Solve complex technical inquiries for all products within our range.
- Connected Services: Provide support, assistance, and guidance in setting up connected products, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Process Management: Process all client requests in accordance with company processes and guidelines across all product ranges.
- Quality and Compliance: Provide superior levels of quality in all transactions with strict adherence to governing laws.
- Added Value: Identify new opportunities to cross-sell and upsell without compromising our values, and support new sales opportunities and provide insight solutions.
- Experience: Experience in the customer service industry and ideally a contact centre environment.
- Language Skills: A fluent level of French (spoken and written) and a high level of English.
- Organizational Skills: Well-organized and able to prioritize your workload.
- Teamwork: A natural team player – we believe in supporting and developing our people, and we want you to grow with us and help us grow our business.
- Customer Service: Passionate about giving and receiving fantastic customer service – we want you to treat every interaction as an opportunity to delight our customers.
- Contract Type: Temporary (3-month)
- Working Hours: Full-time (39 hours/week)
- Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Salary: €21,000.00 gross per year
- Holidays: 24 calendar days
- Paid Bank Holidays: + 1 extra day in lieu
- Hybrid Work Model: 3 to 4 days a month to the office planned in advance
- Training: 2 weeks of fully office-based training from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
