About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Area Vice President to join our Sales team in Southern Europe. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing a high-performing team of Enterprise Sales Directors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals through effective mentorship and guidance, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop strategies that drive team success and achieve regional growth goals.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, communicating progress against targets to stakeholders.
  • Attract and retain top talent, building a sales organization that achieves growth goals.
  • Be involved in complex deals, providing negotiation and closing support to ensure timely completion.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, including business development, marketing, channel, technical, and product teams.
Requirements
  • Cybersecurity industry experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven leadership experience in high-performing sales teams, with a focus on driving growth and development.
  • Understanding of the information security channel network of partners.
  • Extensive knowledge of selling to Enterprise clients, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to travel, with a minimum of 20-30% of time spent on the road.
  • Startup organization background, with experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
