As a Cluster/Country Total Reward Manager, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing our compensation and benefits strategy.

Your Future Role

As a Total Reward Manager, you'll work closely with our HR team to develop and implement a compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with our company objectives. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our rewards programs remain competitive and compliant with local regulations. Your expertise will help us attract and retain top talent, and you'll play a key role in shaping our company culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with company objectives
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws
  • Develop and implement effective compensation and incentive programs
  • Manage projects related to rewards, including annual salary and bonus reviews, benefits renewals, and data accuracy
  • Provide advisory support to senior management and HR staff on compensation and benefits matters
Requirements

We're looking for a highly analytical and skilled professional with a strong background in compensation and benefits. You'll need:

  • 5-8 years of experience as a Compensation & Benefits Consultant or Finance Controller
  • University degree in Business Administration or Economic Sciences
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • High analytical competencies and skilled in Excel
