Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our newly formed Security Integration business as Country Manager for Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing work under the management of the Director of International and will be the single point of contact for our clients' Spain projects and our global accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of our client's security projects, including project management, design support, integration, service, technical troubleshooting, and oversight in support of our regional strategy.
- Direct role in managing our LSP network (Local Service Partners) and support the development of our Spain business & supply chain, ensuring works are completed on time, on budget, and tested to the highest industry standards.
- Client liaison and planning, including completing and documenting site surveys, coordinating design information, and liaising with the design team.
- Creating work schedules, taking ownership of all Health and Safety Requirements, sourcing and liaising with Sub-Contractors, ordering of materials, commercial project management, financial project management, and planning of installation works.
- Organising access and permits, liaison with client, manage project schedules, manage changes to scope and pricing, and liaise with client and contractors.
- Manage construction projects, attend site meetings and calls, quality control checks, plan and organize commissioning, engage technical support teams, test and commission the systems, organize training, handover the system, sign off and engage design team to complete O&M's.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years Security Systems Integration experience.
- Implementation, design, and project management experience.
- Engineering and Technical Skills, including Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, and IT Systems experience.
- Spain ELV systems code / standards / compliance knowledge.
- Knowledge of Spain supply chains / distribution / product manufacturers.
- Good network of local sub-contractors.
- Ability to work individually, lead and grow / build a resourceful problem solver.
Working Conditions:
Travel to sites in Spain, as required for meetings, spot checks, and final commissioning.
