About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Country Manager to drive our growth in the DACH region. As part of our expansion, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement and Conversion: Collaborate with the Head of Customer Success to ensure a seamless client experience and convert leads into satisfied customers.
  • Develop Market Presence: Spearhead the expansion of noCRM.Io in the DACH region, working directly with the Head of Growth to tailor strategies for the market.
  • Autonomy and Innovation: Utilize creative freedom to explore and implement new acquisition channels and drive new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Master Degree in business or marketing.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales in the SaaS industry.
  • Language Skills: Native German speaker with high proficiency in English.
  • Personal Attributes: Passionate about sales, marketing, and achieving results, with excellent writing skills and a self-driven mindset.
