About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Director to lead our sales efforts in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a small team, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in Europe
  • Manage and motivate a small team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hoteliers and financial institutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales methodology and collateral are up-to-date
  • Report to executive leadership on sales performance and progress

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the travel industry or selling into large financial institutions
  • Proven ability to meet quotas and achieve revenue targets of $1M+ per year
  • Strong experience in designing and executing complex deal strategies
  • Robust knowledge of the European market and sales landscape
