Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly qualified Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Johnson Controls, Inc. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing valuable support to our EMEA Channel Sales representatives and effectively responding to customer and prospect queries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage correspondence between the sales team and their clients
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant problems
  • Order booking validation tasks: Ensure order details match T&C, and validate all information (DOA, etc.)
  • Check billing method, credit status, and limit
  • Sales process optimization: Identify and fix inefficiencies in regular procedures to improve efficiency
  • Contribute to the achievement of overall sales goals and business objectives by providing valuable support and insights to the sales team
  • Keep track of sales targets
  • Provide data and guides to help the sales team
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators
  • Manage sales tracking tools and reporting on important information
  • Suggest sales process improvements and automate where possible
  • Keep record of sales trends and stay informed about competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats that may impact sales performance
  • Other ad-hoc support tasks and exercises as per business requirements
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Teamwork and motivational skills
  • Multi-cultural experience
