Role Overview

As a Human Resources Trainee at CELO, you will play a pivotal role in driving our human capital initiatives and supporting our organizational growth. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Selection: Providing essential support to our subsidiaries, particularly in France and Morocco, to streamline hiring processes.
  • Training and Development: Assisting in the creation and implementation of training modules tailored to advance employee skills and foster professional growth.
  • Talent Management: Contributing to talent assessment, management, and retention strategies to ensure alignment with our corporate goals.
  • Onboarding Support: Facilitating the integration of new hires into the company by supporting comprehensive onboarding programs.
  • Cross-departmental Collaboration: Participating in projects that involve multiple departments to promote synergies and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Administrative Support: Performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the HR department's daily operations.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Degree in Psychology, Labour Relations, or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: Advanced level in French required, Spanish and/or English.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach.
