Global Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Learning and Development Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in cultivating a culture of continuous learning, employee engagement, and professional growth.
Main Responsibilities- Design, implement, and evaluate learning, development, and engagement programs that empower employees to reach their full potential and contribute to the organization's success.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that development initiatives align with organizational goals, priorities, and strategic objectives.
- Manage and analyze employee engagement surveys, promoting dialogue with employees and management to ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement our great workplace initiative to support a productive and inspiring work environment that drives high performance, collaboration, and co-creation.
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience from a dynamic in-house department.
- Strong project management skills to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously and keep track of all details.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master's degree would be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in Spanish, German, or French is a plus.
