Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and engage in collective bargaining negotiations with trade unions and works councils.
  2. Develop and implement impactful HR projects, ensuring compliance and driving positive change within the organization.
  3. Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders on change initiatives and engagement strategies.
  4. Cultivate a high-performance culture, guiding leaders to transform HR practices and drive business results.
  5. Develop and execute HR financial strategies, ensuring resource alignment and optimal use of HR budgets.
  6. Provide expert HR advice and counsel to support management decisions and drive business outcomes.
  7. Foster collaborative relationships and proactive employee engagement, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  8. Stay current with employment legislation and advise management on necessary actions to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Law, Psychology, or Human Resources, with a strong understanding of employment law and regulations.
  2. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  3. Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
  4. Minimum 3-6 years of experience in a senior HR role, with a proven track record of driving business results and improving HR practices.
