About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Commercial Team in Brussels as a Commercial Advisor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in the commercial development of the market, advising and developing the loyalty of Belgium real estate agents interested in selling our products, and continuous contact with potential clients to assist them in fulfilling their dream of purchasing a home in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the commercial development of the market
  • Advise and develop the loyalty of Belgium real estate agents
  • Continuous contact with potential clients
  • Visit real estate promotions in Spain
  • Help in the decision-making process
  • Advising and following up on individual clients
  • Participate in the definition of the marketing plan
  • Participate in various events
Requirements
  • Education in business and marketing
  • 1-2 years' experience in sales
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Fluent in French, Dutch and English
