Job Description

As a Sales Agent at TAG Heuer, you will play a crucial role in driving commercial growth and developing key retailers in your area. Your primary objective will be to execute the brand strategy, focusing on increasing turnover and desirability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet annual sales targets and objectives as defined by the Sales Director.
  • Develop and implement commercial plans to enhance brand visibility and image.
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and propose targeted brand activations and sales incentives.
  • Ensure visual merchandising aligns with the brand strategy and guidelines.
  • Coordinate new product launches, including assortment, timing, and sell-in strategies.
  • Deliver in-store training and act as an ambassador for the brand within retailers.
  • Provide commercial reporting to the Sales Director.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master degree with 2-5 years of commercial experience.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with administration, marketing, and back office teams.
  • Good understanding of the luxury industry and solid analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and required driving license.
