We are seeking a highly skilled Business Architecture Specialist to join our team at Repsol. As a key member of our Strategy and Architecture area, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's IT and digital transformation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand business needs and technologies within your area of responsibility to become the reference within architecture for one or several functional and technological domains.
- Support as a functional architect the work of the ITDBP.
- Define the architectural reference frameworks for the technologies within your area of responsibility.
- Identify technological debts and track and resolve them.
- Define the best architectural solution for projects and digital cases in collaboration with the rest of the Strategy and Architecture team, IT&D function, HANA Program, Cybersecurity, etc.
- Lead projects for the evolution and definition of architecture.
- Lead searches and evaluations of new technologies.
- Lead proof of concepts.
- Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to stay updated on the state of the art in technology and the functional domains of your area of responsibility.
- Support the most relevant projects to ensure the deployment and viability of the new architectures being implemented at Repsol.
- Manage the work of the external team that supports this area of knowledge within the architecture area.
**Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience in IT and business architecture.
- Strong understanding of business architecture principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English (B2 or higher) and Spanish.
