{"Overview": "At Werfen, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Application Specialist Biotechnology to join our team. This role will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and solutions while maintaining a good track of the technical status of the instrumentation park, reagent stocks, and IT solutions.", "Key Responsibilities": "- Achieve sales and commercial targets established by the Company.
- Provide application support.
- Support laboratory organization improvement through technical advice and solution offering.
- Encourage cross-selling by providing product information and introducing cost/efficiency balanced tailored techniques.
- Present our products and concepts to institutions, end-user groups, clinicians, and expert groups.
- Create a network of trust within the organization and coordinate with colleagues during field visits.
- Organize instrument installations by interacting with different departments (Logistics, Technical Service, Marketing) and perform product and service demonstrations.
- Maintain the training level of our users' instruments and reagents and manage appropriate documentation.
- Collaborate with the KAM and Business Unit in managing opportunities and risks.
- Maintain a global perspective to check the service level offered by different departments in assigned centers, thereby reducing the risk of complaints.
- Provide troubleshooting for technical inquiries.
- Solve product incidents at a technical level in coordination with HelpLine, Technical Service, and Product Managers.
- Manage tenders (specification and profitability analysis, preparation of necessary documentation, litigation support).
- Provide first level (remote and/or on-site) technical support to customer accounts regarding products, applications, and operations, assisting them with the integration of systems in their laboratories.
