Treasury Executive with French Language Expertise

About the Opportunity
Puig is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Shared Service Treasury team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper cash management of our subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
• Control the correct reception and uploading in SAP of bank statements and manage any incidents that may arise.
• Serve as an operational contact with banks regarding bank statement management.
• Control and post all movements loaded in SAP that belong to Treasury.
• Ensure compliance with treasury accounting standards marked by the group.
Operational Responsibilities
• Process payments, collections, payrolls, and taxes.
• Enforce bank conditions agreed in each case.
• Maintain a fluent relationship with subsidiaries.
• Manage endorsements, guarantees, parent guarantees, and other financial instruments.
• Manage relationships with external and internal audit teams.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely closings (monthly and annual).
• Manage company cards (travel, T&E, petty cash, virtual cards).
• Submit promissory notes to banks.
Analysis and Advisory
• Monitor subsidiary liquidity (cash, external and internal debt).
• Provide solutions to subsidiaries' cash necessities.
• Leverage experience in FX trades.
• Develop forecasting models.
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in Treasury, with knowledge of Asian markets a plus.
• Knowledge of payment methods, including corporate cards programs, virtual cards, petty cash cards, and fintech solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or Economics.
• Fluency in Spanish, English, and French.
• Proficiency in SAP, Office (Excel and Word), and SWIFT.
