Position Overview

The Treasury Executive will report directly to the Shared Service Treasury Manager.

We are seeking a candidate who will ensure effective cash management across our subsidiaries, providing solutions tailored to the financial needs of the companies while adhering to established financial policies. The ideal candidate will be open-minded, adaptable, and a strong team player, capable of thriving under pressure during critical periods such as closings and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

BANK STATEMENT MANAGEMENT

• Oversee the accurate reception and uploading of bank statements into SAP, addressing any incidents that may occur.

• Serve as the primary operational contact with banks regarding bank statement management.

• Ensure the accurate posting of all treasury-related movements in SAP.

• Adhere to treasury accounting standards as mandated by the group.

OPERATIONAL TASKS

• Process payments, collections, payroll, and tax obligations.

• Enforce agreed-upon bank conditions for each transaction.

• Maintain strong relationships with subsidiaries.

• Manage endorsements, guarantees, and parent guarantees.

• Liaise with both external and internal auditors.

• Conduct bank reconciliations.

• Ensure timely closings on a monthly and annual basis.

• Oversee the management of Company Cards, including travel, T&E, petty cash, and virtual cards.

• Submit promissory notes to banks.

ANALYTICAL FUNCTIONS

• Monitor subsidiary liquidity, including cash flow and both external and internal debt.

• Provide solutions to address cash requirements of subsidiaries.

• Experience in foreign exchange trades is beneficial.

• Conduct financial forecasting.

Qualifications


• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the treasury field. Familiarity with Asian markets is advantageous.

• Knowledge of payment methods, including corporate card programs, virtual cards, petty cash cards, and fintech solutions.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or Economics.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish, English, and French.

• Required Skills: Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word), and SWIFT.
