About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership Development Manager to join our team at Teleperformance. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the leadership capabilities of our existing managers and create a pipeline of future leaders.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Leadership Talent Development Strategy: Plan and manage the implementation of the Leadership Talent Development strategy, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Talent Identification and Development: Define and implement processes to identify leadership talent development needs, and develop innovative training solutions to address these needs.
  3. Performance Analysis and Improvement: Analyze data to identify areas for continuous improvement in leadership development, and develop initiatives to address these areas.
  4. Program Management: Plan and manage the Leadership Talent Development Programs, including curriculum development, process implementation, and performance measurement.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Leadership Development Trainers and Coaches, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure their success.
  6. Content Creation and Delivery: Create and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other development programs to enhance leadership skills.
  7. Stakeholder Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, to ensure alignment and support for leadership development initiatives.
  8. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on the performance of leadership development initiatives, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  1. Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory, with Spanish or Portuguese knowledge being a plus.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  3. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role, with a focus on Learning and Development or Sales Operations.
  4. Leadership Development Expertise: Proven track record of designing, implementing, and measuring the impact of leadership development programs.
  5. Project Management: Experience in managing projects and programs, with a focus on leadership development.
  6. Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate business demands into development solutions.
  7. Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
