About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership development, with experience in designing and delivering training programs, coaching, and mentoring. You will work closely with our Regional Head of Training and Talent Development to develop and implement a comprehensive leadership development strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a leadership development strategy that identifies and develops high-potential leaders within the organization.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to develop leadership skills and competencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address leadership development needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to provide innovative training solutions.
- Manage and evaluate the performance of leadership development trainers and coaches.
- Support the development of a comprehensive leadership development framework that aligns with the company's business objectives.
Requirements
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership development, with a strong background in training and coaching.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful leadership development programs.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand the company's business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
