- Communicate Effectively: Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and presentations to various stakeholders, including senior leaders and employees.
- Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and partners.
- Fluency in English: Fluency in English is mandatory, with Spanish or Portuguese knowledge preferred.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership development role or sales operations.
- Strategic and Operational Expertise: Proven track record of designing, implementing, and measuring the impact of leadership development programs.
- Project Management and Program Development: Experience in managing multiple projects and programs simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results.

- Coaching and Stakeholder Management: Ability to coach and manage stakeholders, including senior leaders and employees.
