About the Role

Teleperformance Spain is seeking a highly skilled Leadership Development Manager to join our team in Barcelona or Lisbon. As a key member of our Talent Development area, you will play a crucial role in developing our leadership talent in a multicultural environment that is growing at a fast pace.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Leadership Talent Development Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of Talent to design and execute a comprehensive leadership talent development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Identify Leadership Talent Development Needs: Analyze data and market trends to identify areas for improvement in leadership development and develop targeted solutions to address these needs.
  3. Design and Deliver Leadership Development Programs: Create and implement leadership development programs that are tailored to the needs of our business, including curriculum development, training delivery, and coaching.
  4. Manage Leadership Development Trainers and Coaches: Lead and manage a team of leadership development trainers and coaches, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality training programs.
  5. Develop and Manage LMS Content: Design and develop engaging and effective LMS content that supports our leadership development programs and meets the needs of our learners.
  6. Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, trainers, and coaches, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  7. Report on Performance: Provide regular reporting on the performance of our leadership development programs, including metrics on engagement, knowledge retention, and business impact.
Requirements
  1. Fluency in English: Fluency in English is mandatory, with Spanish or Portuguese knowledge being a strong asset.
  2. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership development or sales operations role.
  3. Strategic and Operational Expertise: Proven track record of strategic and operational expertise in designing, implementing, and measuring the impact of leadership development programs.
  4. Project Management and Program Development: Experience in managing projects and developing programs, with a strong ability to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
  5. Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  6. Coaching and Stakeholder Management: Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
