Main Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Leadership Development Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of Talent to design and implement a comprehensive leadership development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify Leadership Talent Development Needs: Analyze data to identify areas where leadership development is needed and develop processes to address these gaps.
- Design and Deliver Leadership Development Programs: Create and implement leadership development programs that include curriculum, frameworks, and processes to measure impact. Scout and develop innovative training solutions and select external partners as needed.
- Lead and Manage Leadership Development Trainers and Coaches: Manage the performance of leadership development trainers and coaches, build action plans to improve their skills, and coach them to support their professional development.
- Create Content and Deliver Training Sessions: Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to enhance leadership skills.
- Manage LMS Content and Implement Global Initiatives: Manage the development of LMS content and implement Teleperformance and client global initiatives and processes.
- Manage Stakeholders and Report Performance: Manage internal and external stakeholders, report on performance, and support the Head of Talent in developing new business proposals.
- Fluency in English: Fluency in English is mandatory, with Spanish or Portuguese knowledge preferred.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager in the Learning and Development area or in Sales Operations.
- Leadership Development Expertise: Proven track record of strategic and operational expertise in designing, implementing, and measuring the impact of leadership development programs.
- Project Management and Program Development: Experience in managing B2B Sales Operations or Digital Marketing Operations will be considered a strong asset.
- Diagnostic Skills and Data Analysis: Strong diagnostic skills in listening, probing, and analyzing to translate business demands into development solutions, with the ability to use data to make decisions and identify priorities and areas for improvement.
- Coaching and Stakeholder Management: Ability to coach and manage stakeholders, with demonstrated ability to earn the confidence of senior stakeholders.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, with strong public speaking and presentation skills.
