About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Counselor to join our team at Empresa reconocida, a renowned institution dedicated to transforming education. As a Counselor, you will play a vital role in supporting the mental health and well-being of our students, providing expert guidance and advice to help them navigate personal, social, and academic challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to students, offering emotional support and guidance to help them overcome difficulties.
- Develop and implement sustainable initiatives to promote mental health awareness and education among our community, including workshops, talks, and programs.
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging content for our website and social media channels, focusing on mental health and well-being topics.
- Assist with ongoing projects and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Stay up-to-date with the unique needs and experiences of our students, adapting your approach to provide effective support.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Psychology, Life Coaching, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
- Minimum three years of experience in mental health, with a client-centered approach.
- Ability to work with students in distress, providing psychological first aid and adhering to proper protocols.
- Strong sensitivity and intuitive response to mental health difficulties and diversity of all forms.
- Excellent discretion and confidentiality skills.
- Self-motivated with exceptional teamwork, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to commute to our campuses in Madrid and Segovia on a weekly basis.
- International profile with experience in higher education, clinical settings, and culturally diverse environments is a plus.
