About the Role
In this role as ESM/ServiceNow DevOps Engineering Chapter Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting your Chapter Members in their growth, creating an environment that fosters continuous learning and improvement.
- Contributing to goal setting and performance reviews and providing feedback to everyone, supporting them on their career path.
- Working closely with the Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Product Area Lead and Platform Area Lead to ensure the Product squads have the support they need.
- Ensuring that knowledge is shared and aligned within and outside the Chapter and that members support each other in growing and delivering great work.
- Developing and driving product technology strategy and roadmap.
- Ensuring balancing of short-term and long-term value creation for the business while maintaining an aligned, standardized and compliant ESM platform.
- Managing vendors and suppliers in scope.
- Ensuring audit and compliance requirements are met.
About the Team
As part of Empresa Reconocida's Enterprise Group Technology Services organization, the Enterprise Service Management Platform Area team supports the Product Areas in designing, developing and operating innovative and value creating Enterprise Service Management solutions. We ensure consistency and alignment across the technical platform(s), through secondment of ESM DevOps experts to squads. We manage all involved software, solution and DevOps related vendors and suppliers. We are located across the globe but share the same values of passion, openness, respect, humbleness, and curiosity in our team. We strive to improve our work for our customers every day.
About You
Essentials:
- Look back on 5+ years of experience in project or solution/service management, ideally in an IT and Enterprise Service Management context.
- Strong experience in working and developing with ServiceNow.
- Good, applied knowledge of Agile methods, frameworks, and tools.
- Willing to lead, direct, and coach chapter members including formal management authority.
- Passionate and want to inspire and motivate others.
- Bring a continuous improvement mind-set.
- Experience working in a highly outsourced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
