About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Expert to join our team at the Holcim EMEA Digital Center. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for driving the architecture and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet the business needs of our organization, ensuring alignment with corporate architecture and infrastructure standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to ServiceNow's best practices implementation framework and corporate coding standards.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to business stakeholders, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7-8+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, with a strong focus on architecting solutions for ITIL-based implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation, code review, and development, with a strong understanding of ServiceNow's product lines, including ITSM, IT Business Management, CMDB, Service Portal, and Integrations.
  • Proven expertise in web-based application design and systems integration, with experience in REST, JSON, SOAP, Web services, and XML.
  • Strong technical knowledge of programming languages, including Java, HTML, JavaScript, LDAP/Active Directory, Jelly scripting, and Angular JS.
  • Experience with software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
