Key Responsibilities:
- Business Acumen: Develop a deep understanding of our customers' business needs and goals to ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow products and technologies.
- Technical Expertise: Provide architectural guidance and product expertise to our customers and partners, leveraging your knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its various products.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with C-Level roles at our most strategic customers, working closely with them to understand their business challenges and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of ServiceNow and channel partner resources to support sales cycles and grow overall wallet share.
- Methodology and Best Practices: Act as an authority on ServiceNow Expert Services project methodology and best practices, demonstrating the ability to tailor the methodology to meet the client's needs while preserving a structured process.
- Speed of Delivery: Demonstrate high 'Speed of Delivery' by rapidly turning around any deliverables for which you are responsible.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue potential ServiceNow Expert Services opportunities at a customer, within and outside of the scope of work.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with ServiceNow Sales to use Expert Services resources and service offerings in the most appropriate fashion to support large/strategic product sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its various products.
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop a deep understanding of customers' business needs and goals.
