About the Role

In this position, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize sustainable profit delivery and market share growth for our Reserve brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Educate customers and key stakeholders on the quality, provenance, and heritage of our luxury spirits brands.
  2. Continuously improve activation performance by identifying key areas of focus, assessing alternatives, and taking action where necessary.
  3. Collaborate with commercial and customer marketing teams to identify and evaluate drivers for growth, ensuring fit-for-purpose business-to-trade (B2T) materials.
  4. Develop deep and profitable knowledge among key trade influencers, including wine shop owners, bar and restaurant managers, and trade journalists.
  5. Represent the brand in the market, embodying the brand's attitude, appearance, and personality.
  6. Stay informed about market trends and consumer preferences, maintaining a strong network of relationships with key influencers in the industry.

About You

  1. Passion for super-premium brands, our customers, and our consumers.
  2. Strong knowledge of the spirits and wine industry, including trends, ingredients, and provenance.
  3. Experience in building commercial relationships with customers to deliver value for the customer and Diageo.
  4. Creative and inspiring approach, with excellent communication and influencing skills.
  5. Able to demonstrate excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, encouraging dedication and crafting collaborative relationships internally and externally.
  6. English and Greek proficiency is crucial.
