About the Role

Puig is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a key ambassador of the brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a unique and unforgettable shopping experience for customers, exceeding sales targets and monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Promote cross-selling and upselling, striving to exceed sales objectives and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all products in the assigned range, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Narrate the stories and values of our brands, staying informed about our industry and competition.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, collecting their information and building a long-term relationship with them.
  • Participate in regular store meetings and contribute to implementing a winning action plan.
  • Manage special events, including collection launches, customer events, and sales promotions.
  • Ensure the point of sale reflects the excellence of our brands, maintaining perfect product displays and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Proactively participate in product category stock processes to maximize sales.
  • Contribute to a collaborative environment and service excellence, working as a team with colleagues and demonstrating proactivity and a customer-centric approach.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in selling fragrance, makeup, or luxury/niche brands.
  • Experience as a makeup specialist or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a team, with a dynamic and proactive attitude.
  • Flexibility in working hours and tasks.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
