Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Drive sales growth by making product recommendations, conducting demonstrations, and promoting our brand and products.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of our stores, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping environment.
Requirements
- Previous retail industry experience, preferably in the beauty sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
