Fendi Ambassador

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Advisor to join our Fendi team in Puerto Banus. As a Fendi Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our luxury brand to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPIs.
• Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling for all product categories.
• Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base.
• Manage customer service quality to meet customer expectations.
• Support in maintaining inventory accuracy and store operations.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years' experience in Fashion/Luxury Sales.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong selling and communication skills.
• Excellent relationship skills.
• Organization, professionalism, self-confidence.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Computer skills and Retail management system knowledge.
• Goal-oriented approach, multitasking.
• Strong knowledge and/or interest in the Fashion/Luxury Industry.
• Fluent in English.
