We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Beauty Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading beauty brand and contribute to the success of our retail stores. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, providing personalized service to our customers and ensuring they have an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Drive sales growth by making product recommendations, conducting demonstrations, and promoting our brand and products.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of our stores, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping environment.

Requirements

  • Previous retail industry experience, preferably in the beauty sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
