Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Client Advisor to embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, delivering an extraordinary experience that exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Building: Develop and deepen relationships with clients to drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
- Sales Performance: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales plans.
- Client Data Management: Capture and cultivate client data to inform sales strategies and drive repeat business.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on key product pillars and drive business through these areas.
- Client Experience: Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and demonstrating passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
- Experience: Proven track record in retail or luxury retail, with experience in client-related roles or hospitality.
- Sales Results: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales results and drive business growth.
- Cultural Competence: Ability to work with diverse client bases and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Language Skills: Spanish and English speaking abilities are mandatory.
- Education: College or university degree, with a preference for Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work.
