Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute compelling customer plans to drive sales and revenue growth
- Activate and execute growth drivers to increase market share and profitability
- Educate customers and PR contacts on the quality, provenance, and heritage of our brands
- Improve activation performance by identifying key areas of focus and taking action to optimize results
- Provide business consulting services to the commercial team, identifying and evaluating drivers for growth
- Develop deep and profitable knowledge among key trade influencers
- Represent the brand in the market, building relationships with key influencers and stakeholders
We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual with a strong background in the spirits industry. You should have a deep understanding of super premium brands, our customers, and our consumers. Key skills and qualifications include:
- Brand and category knowledge across spirits and TBA
- Experience in building commercial relationships with customers
- Creative and inspiring approach to sales and marketing
- Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
- English and Spanish proficiency
