About the Role
In this exciting position, you will be responsible for driving growth and market share for Diageo's premium brands. This includes developing and executing customer plans, improving activation performance, and identifying key growth drivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate customers and PR contacts on the quality, provenance, and heritage of our brands.
- Continuously improve activation performance by identifying key areas of focus and taking action to course-correct where necessary.
- Serve as a business consultant to the Diageo commercial team, identifying and recommending growth drivers.
- Develop deep and profitable knowledge among key trade influencers.
- Represent the brand in the market, embodying its attitude, appearance, and personality.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and have a finger on the pulse of what's happening on the ground.
About You
We are looking for someone with a passion for super premium brands, customers, and consumers. You should have brand and category knowledge across spirits and TBA, with experience in process, ingredients, provenance, and trends. Bartending or bar management experience is a plus.
You should also be able to build commercial relationships with customers to deliver value for both the customer and Diageo. A creative and inspiring approach, strong communication skills, and excellent relationship-building skills are essential.
