About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join ABB Schweiz AG as an Account Strategist, where you will play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. As a member of the Electrification Distribution Solutions (ELDS) team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing account strategies that focus on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account plans and strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand the key business drivers of global customers and translate them into opportunities for ABB.
  • Participate in the development of sales strategies for accounts and provide current business and long-term plans for customers.
  • Define sales targets, monitor market price developments, and ensure appropriate response strategies are implemented.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales roles, mainly focused on industrial segments (O&G, Utilities, Rail, industry...).
  • Enhanced knowledge of the medium voltage market in Spain.
  • Degree in engineering (industrial preferable) with depth knowledge on Low Voltage and Medium Voltage areas.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • High commercial activity and willingness to travel.
