About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Relations Specialist to join our fast-growing team in Madrid. As a key member of our FX Dealing Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of contact for corporate clients, providing daily operational and trading assistance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Identify opportunities to grow new and existing key accounts, promoting our company's offerings and services
  • Manage a portfolio of 300 clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our EBO platform
Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish and English at a professional level
  • Strong sales skills and experience in client-facing roles
  • Knowledge of FX and financial markets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
