Employee Relations Specialist

As an Employee Relations Specialist, you'll play a vital role in fostering this culture by managing employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Mediate disputes between employees and management, facilitating discussions to resolve issues and improve working relationships.
- Assist managers with performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Provide guidance on the interpretation and application of company policies and employment laws.
- Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, including harassment, discrimination, and other workplace issues.
- Ensure the organization complies with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Partner with the HR/L+D Trainers to develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases and outcomes.
- Prepare reports and analyses of employee relations trends and issues to inform management decisions.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations or a related area.
- Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
