Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Specialist to join our team in Madrid. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive and productive work environment by managing employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes between employees and management, facilitating discussions to resolve issues and improve working relationships.
- Performance Management: Assist managers with performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Policy Interpretation: Provide guidance on the interpretation and application of company policies and employment laws.
- Investigations: Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, including harassment, discrimination, and other workplace issues.
- Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
