Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Specialist to join our fast-growing FX Dealing Team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, operational support, and trading assistance to our corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for corporate clients, providing daily operational and trading assistance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client experience.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and providing expert advice to clients.
- Manage client portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate execution of trades and payments.
- Identify new business opportunities and work closely with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Strong client service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of FX markets and financial regulations, with a strong understanding of risk management principles.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Experience in sales or client-facing roles, with a track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships.
