About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Transaction Network Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow TNS revenue by exceeding projected Annual Contract Value goals in assigned qualified leads and accounts.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for New Services to existing customers and New Logos with qualified leads.
  • Support the Field Representatives to maximize selling time on high-value deals.
  • Build incremental recurring growth for TNS offerings.
  • Expand the TNS footprint within current customer accounts through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and win new leads.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of Payments, Connectivity Services or solutions sales experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and managing an array of opportunities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal staff, customers, and partners to expand opportunities.
  • Fluent written and oral in Spanish and English.
