About the Role
As a People Lead at Foremost Currency Group, you will be a key member of our newly formed and rapidly evolving global People and Workplace Team. Reporting directly to our Chief People Officer, Erin Zas, this senior-level individual contributor role is designed for someone who will serve as a trusted and strategic partner to our sales leadership team and our 120+ employees based in Spain and Portugal. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of people partnerships at Foremost Currency Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with senior leadership, becoming a key and influential member of their extended leadership teams.
- Guide these leaders through critical people-related processes, including performance management cycles, growth strategy development, compensation planning, employee engagement initiatives, and comprehensive workforce planning, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Provide tailored coaching and development for leaders, equipping them with the skills and confidence to manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, drive performance, and foster positive team dynamics.
- Act as a neutral, approachable, and confidential resource for employees to discuss sensitive or complex issues.
- Lead employee relations cases with a focus on fair, consistent, and timely resolution, ensuring all actions are aligned with company policies and legal requirements.
