Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Software Engineering Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our R&D team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the state-of-the-art of our software products, ensuring safe and successful flights for our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating R&D Software teams to achieve objectives for our Veronte Ecosystem developments.
  • Acting as a communication link between the technical team and CXOS teams.
  • Organizing and following up on projects to avoid deviations from our mission.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Three or more years of experience in similar roles.
  • Autonomy, decision-making, leadership, and organization skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of SCRUM methodology.
  • Willingness to work in a team.
