**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Professional Learning and Development Trainer, leading the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs for educators, leveraging Cambridge University Press & Assessment materials and assessment tools.

**About the Role**

In this role, you will work closely with educational entities to tailor training solutions to their unique requirements, fostering pedagogical excellence and effective assessment practices. Through workshops, seminars, and online platforms, you will provide ongoing support to teachers and educational partners, supporting their continuous professional growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and deliver training programs for educators, leveraging Cambridge University Press & Assessment materials and assessment tools
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure seamless integration of training initiatives with clients' needs
  • Train sales personnel on assessment and product knowledge
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to share insights, align strategies, and stay abreast of educational trends

**Requirements**

You will possess a passion for education and assessment, coupled with a deep understanding of assessment approaches, instructional design principles, and pedagogical trends. With extensive teaching and assessment experience, preferably in ESL/EFL contexts, and a proven track record in designing and delivering teacher training programs, workshops, and professional development initiatives, you will be well-equipped to excel in this role.
