Key Responsibilities

  • Build, deliver, and oversee training programs for Technical Services members and teams with quarterly and monthly targets.
  • Monitor the implementation and execution of programs with metrics to evaluate effectiveness and have an inspect and adapt approach.
  • Conduct training follow-ups with managers and employees at all levels to identify and assess new training and development needs.
  • Supervise and monitor progress made via training offered internally and externally.
  • Tailor specific Technical Services member needs to fit their specific growth requirements.
  • Choose the appropriate platform and training strategy to achieve the best return on time invested in trainings for Technical Services members.

Requirements

  • 3 years in a technical training program delivery role.
  • Experience in designing, delivering, and maintaining training programs within a technical department is a must.
  • Proven experience with Learning Management System (LMS) solutions is mandatory.
  • Experience integrating online training solutions (e.g. LinkedIn, Pluralsight, etc.) into training programs.
  • Understanding the different roles and organization of software companies is a valuable asset.
  • Effective organizational and presentation skills.
  • Ability to transform complex concepts into clear learning material.
