Learning and Development Intern

As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the following areas:
Learn to administer our company's different Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Support in coordinating training plans for employees in field and central offices, including management, logistics, and follow-up
Learn to manage Fundae and department KPIs
Support in managing Language Policy, including user management, reports, and queries
Support onboarding processes for new employees
Learn to mobilize and follow up on our company's training program for interns
We offer a 1-year internship, full-time, with a monthly stipend of €1000. We're looking for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree completed and a strong background in Human Resources, talent management, or training management. English proficiency is required, with a minimum of C1 level. Availability to start in December is preferred.
