Job Title: Learning and Development Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Expert to join our team at AXA Group Operations. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will be responsible for executing the Learning strategy and enabling business transformation through upskilling and reskilling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Group Operations strategy and Learning strategy by understanding business challenges and working closely with stakeholders.
  • Design, develop, manage, and evaluate learning and capacity development programs using various learning methodologies.
  • Ensure implementation, follow-up, and operational management of learning initiatives.
  • Manage a dedicated budget and present L&D solutions to the workers council as required.
  • Grow state-of-the-art knowledge and network with top providers and experts by continuously following new learning innovations, practices, and trends.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-5 years of professional experience in developing and launching effective tools and practices in skills development in an international and cross-cultural setting.
  • Strong project and budget management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate learning initiatives.
  • Proven track record of demonstrating intellectual rigor and curiosity to accurately assess issues and seek solutions that are efficient and effective under different business environments.
  • Proven experience in crafting and delivering effective messages to various stakeholders for their engagement with new tools and practices.
  • Awareness of industry trends and best practices in the Learning and Organizational Development Domain.
