Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our Technical Services team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying training needs and planning, organizing, and overseeing programs to address those needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Program Development
Design, deliver, and oversee training programs for Technical Services members and teams, meeting quarterly and monthly targets.
- Training Effectiveness
Monitor the implementation and execution of programs, using metrics to evaluate effectiveness and adapt training strategies as needed.
- Training Needs Assessment
Conduct training follow-ups with managers and employees to identify and assess new training needs.
- Progress Monitoring
Supervise and monitor progress made through internal and external training.
- Customized Training
Tailor training to meet the specific growth requirements of Technical Services members.
